Beach Promenade is a revitalized, mixed-use shopping destination located at the corner of Beach Blvd. and Atlanta in Huntington Beach. For years, this location was nothing more than a strip mall and asphalt. With Sassounian Development, Hannouche Architects and FORMA, a new vision was designed for this underutilized, prime beach-adjacent property.
FORMA prepared Concept Designs through Construction Documentation and Construction Observation. The new design includes Cal Trans frontage landscape along Beach Blvd., enhanced pedestrian and vehicular paving, planted parking islands, decorative site furnishings and a Public Art installation.
