Lavender at Gavilan Ridge by TRI Pointe Homes is a collection of paired and detached single-family homes located in the master-planned community of Rancho Mission Viejo. FORMA prepared the concept designs through construction documentation for the Model Homes and Production site design. The Landscape Design follows the 0’-5’ Ember Resistant Zone guidelines. Rock Mulch and non-woody plant material have replaced traditional hedges, tight plant spacing and mulch within 5’ of the home.
