Fairwind, Huntington Beach
A former Public School site, TriPointe Homes developed 81 single-family homes and improved 2.6 acres of land adjacent to the project to provide a City-owned Public Park. Community Outreach was instrumental in moving this project forward. The project includes a water quality basin as an entry feature, as well as Public Art, which is a standard City of Huntington Beach development requirement.
