Sierra Bella
Located in the foothills of the Santa Ana Mountains within the City of Corona with spectacular views of the San Gabriel Mountains, Sierra Bella was approved by the City Council for 249 homes. The homes are clustered resulting in over 60% of the site remaining in open space, with the character that is reminiscent of a Mediterranean hilltop village. The community is gated, providing security and privacy for the residents. Within the gates, the residents have their own private park with passive activities of seating and a picnic area. FORMA prepared the original Specific Plan and the Specific Plan Amendment.
