San Manuel

The San Manuel Band of Mission Indians is a federally recognized tribe in San Bernardino County. Their reservation is approximately 800 acres adjacent to Highland, California. To guide the future development on the reservation, FORMA prepared a Master Development Plan working with Tribal Leaders and Tribal Citizens. Currently, as a result of the Master Development Plan, an aggressive expansion of current facilities is in progress, which includes a resort-style 500-room hotel, expanded casino space, 4,000-seat performance venue, additional meeting and event space, new amenities including a spa, high quality restaurants and retail shops, a 2,200 vehicle parking structure and supporting infrastructure.
