Laguna Hills Civic Center, Laguna Hills

A re-purposed restaurant building, considered by the City to be “a diamond in the rough” was designed and developed into the new Laguna Hills City Hall. Urban Village Gateway Monumentation, focal fountain, sitting arbors, raised planters within a parking lot plaza established the well-utilized exterior public pedestrian spaces.
