Beach Promenade, Huntington Beach

This project is a ten acre existing mixed use development located on Beach Boulevard in Huntington Beach, California. Imagined and developed by Sassounian Development, the developer took an underutilized shopping center bordered by an underutilized frontage road and turn it into a vibrant urban village. The development includes retail, hospitality, and residential uses with easy access to established neighborhoods and extremely close proximity to the beach.
